The Hobart Women's Health Centre is part of a national network of women's health centres. The Centre is run by women and for women and provide a range of health services to all women.

We believe in the right of women to make informed choices, to actively participate in their own health care and to be treated with dignity in an environment that provides for privacy, safety, consent and confidentiality.

Hervey Bay's Wide Bay Women's Health Centre provides many services for women such as, counselling, personal development, and an indigenous women's health worker that is sensitive to the needs of Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander and South Sea Islander women.

This site is run by the Victorian Government. We aim to improve the health and well being of all Victorian women through the development and dissemination of health information and research through the provision of community and professional education.
